How do I make a complaint?
The ADHD Clinic is committed to providing safe, effective and high-quality services. However, it is recognised that at times things might not always go as planned. When concerns or complaints are raised, we are committed to acknowledging the concern or complaint, putting things right as quickly as possible, learning lessons, preventing reoccurrence and identifying service improvements.
