Biography
Dr Andrew Hale BSc (hons) MSC Psych D CPsychol AFBPsS HCPC registered
I trained as a Counselling Psychologist and also gained an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey.
I trained under Professor Susan Young at the Bethlem Hospital who is an international authority on the study, research and implication of treatment for those suffering from ADHD. I have also utilised various tools in my private practice work, with this condition namely the DIVA and Brown Attention Deficit Scales. I attended a course at Broadmoor Educational Department in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD amongst offenders.
I worked for the Priory group between 2007 and 2016 delivering both group and individual therapy for a range of clients suffering from depression, anxiety and neurodivergent disorders including ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
I am now employed in private practice treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Disorders. I also conduct a wide range of work for the courts relating to Family Cases, Immigration Personality Disorder and Medico-Legal issues.
