Following the success and positive feedback of the informative ADHD sessions, Dr. Sajid Suleman, Clinical Lead of The ADHD Clinic and renowned medico-legal expert, has partnered with Dr. Ajay Bhatnagar, another highly experienced Consultant Adult Psychiatrist, expert witness and ADHD Clinic Clinician to present Autism in Adulthood with our sister company Expert in Mind.

About the Presenters

Dr Suleman is a Consultant Psychiatrist and honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer, currently working as a Consultant Psychiatrist at a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Cygnet Hospital Blackheath London. He has 10 years plus experience of working as a consultant psychiatrist at South London & Maudsley Foundation Trust and over 18 years’ experience of working in psychiatry. He also has eight years experience of working as a consultant at Lewisham Adult Autism Spectrum Disorders Clinic.

Dr Suleman’s special interest is in Adult Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Asperger syndrome and has worked at National Behavioural Genetics Clinic at Maudsley Hospital London.

Dr Bhatnagar has gained his wealth of experience from several clinical and non-clinical roles including his previous positions of Greenwich Clinical Director and subsequently in October 2021 the position of Clinical Director for the Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust acute and crisis service line. He was recently appointed as Head of Medical Profession within the Directorate. He forms part of the Oxleas Adult ADHD Service which was recently awarded Psychiatric Team of the Year for Working-Age Adults and the Royal College of Psychiatrist Awards. In addition, he has been appointed by the Judiciary office as Medical Member of the First-Tier Tribunal, Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (Mental Health).

He has a special interest in adult ADHD and has experience of assessing and managing individuals with this disorder from his lengthy experience in community psychiatry. He has had training from UK Adult ADHD Network ( UKAAN) in the assessment process, DIVA and treating adult ADHD.
